"Kline...has matured into a writer of lush pop tunes that make getting re-acquainted with Hellogoodbye well worth the effort." - Billboard, 2013.
Founded in 2001 by singer Forrest Kline, Hellogoodbye released their first full-length, the acclaimed Zombies! Aliens! Vampires! Dinosaurs! in 2006. That album's single Here (In Your Arms) went platinum in the US and broke the Top 20 on the Billboard Hot 100. In the wake of the 2006 album's success, the band performed on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, as well as at the Reading and Leeds festivals.
The band released their follow-up Would It Kill You? in 2010, prompting USA Today to proclaim the record to be "a killer batch of indie pop". Billboard too lauded it as "a change of tide for the members of Hellogoodbye separating the California natives from their electro-melodic roots and propelling them into a promising folk-pop future."
In 2013, Hellogoodbye released their most recent album Everything is Debatable, whose titular lead single was described by Alternative Press as "an expertly produced indie-pop record" and by Nylon as "the easiest way to kick off your morning on the right foot." Celebrating the album release, the band then went on a US tour with Paramore and Metric.
Now, Hellogoodbye bring their pop explosion to Singapore for Mosaic Music Festival 2014.
